Title24Comply prepares California Title 24 energy compliance reports, including ADU, Residential, and Multifamily reports. Our reports are CEC-approved and CHEERS-registered where applicable. We serve projects statewide across California.
Our team begins reviewing your project immediately after payment is received, which is why refunds cannot be issued once checkout is complete. If you believe there has been an error with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase at service@title24comply.com and we will work with you in good faith to resolve it.
To prepare an accurate Title 24 report, we rely entirely on the plans and information you provide. By ordering, you agree that:
Standard turnaround is 2–3 business days from the time we receive complete plans. Rush service (24-hour turnaround) is available for an additional fee. Turnaround times begin when complete, reviewable plans are received — not at the time of payment. Delays caused by missing or unclear plans are not covered by the rush service guarantee.
Each report includes one (1) free revision for minor changes or corrections to the original plans. Substantial scope changes (e.g., changes in square footage, unit count, or building type after report delivery) may require a new report at our then-current rates.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store, view, or transmit credit card information on our servers. Pricing is calculated based on report type, square footage, unit count (for multifamily), and rush selection at the time of order.
Completed reports are delivered by email as a PDF to the email address you provide at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring the email address is correct and that our emails are not filtered as spam.
Title24Comply's reports are prepared based on the plans and information you submit. We are not responsible for permit rejections or compliance issues caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the client. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid for the specific report in question.
We take your privacy seriously. We collect only the information necessary to prepare your report and process your payment. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or project details with third parties except as strictly required to deliver our services (e.g., payment processing via Stripe, email delivery via Resend).
