Title24Comply is a California-based Title 24 energy compliance service. We prepare CHEERS-registered, CEC-approved T24 reports statewide.

2. What We Collect
Only what is necessary to complete your report:
- Name & contact details — to communicate about your order and deliver your report
- Project address — to identify your California climate zone
- Architectural plans you submit by email — the only basis on which we can prepare your report
- Project specifications — sq ft, HVAC type, foundation, water heating, building details
We collect nothing beyond what is needed. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data — ever.
3. How We Use It
- Prepare and deliver your certified Title 24 compliance report
- Communicate with you about your order and any revisions
- Process your payment through Stripe (see Section 5)
- Comply with California and federal legal requirements
4. Website Hosting — Netlify, Inc. (Third Party)
This site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. When you visit title24comply.com, Netlify's servers may automatically collect: IP address, browser type, device info, pages visited, referring URLs, and session data.

5. Payment Processing — Stripe, Inc. (Third Party)
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. — PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. You enter payment info directly into Stripe's secure system.
- Title24Comply never sees your card number, CVV, or billing details
- We do not store any payment credentials on our servers
- Stripe handles all card data, fraud detection, and PCI compliance independently

6. Limitation of Liability — Third-Party Services
Title24Comply is not liable for any data breach, unauthorized access, data loss, or privacy violation that occurs at the infrastructure level of Netlify or at the payment processing level of Stripe. These are independent companies operating under their own security protocols and legal obligations. By using this website, you acknowledge that your interaction with these platforms is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
7. Your Architectural Plans
Your architectural plans — submitted by email after payment — are shared only with the certified energy consultant completing your report, for no other purpose. We do not license, resell, or use your files beyond direct report preparation.
8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
You have the right to know what data we hold, request deletion, and opt out of data sales. We do not sell data — already protected. To exercise CCPA rights email: info@title24comply.com. We respond within 45 days.
9. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site (pages viewed, time on site, button clicks). No personal project or payment information is sent to Google. Analytics data is anonymous and aggregated. You can opt out via Google Analytics Opt-out.
10. Changes to This Policy
Updates will be posted here with a revised date. We will not reduce your rights without clear notice.
