If your project plans change after you have submitted your Title 24 order, contact us as soon as possible at service@title24comply.com with your order ID (T24-XXXX-XXXXX format from your receipt). What happens next depends on how far along your report is and the scope of the changes.
Minor changes — window size adjustments, swapping insulation products, HVAC model updates, or small layout tweaks — are typically covered by the one free revision included with every order. These are usually fast to process.
Major scope changes — adding square footage, changing the number of units, switching building type, or significant structural redesigns — may require a more substantial revision and can affect the final report price. We will let you know before proceeding.
If your report is already registered
Once a report has been completed and registered with an approved California registry, any changes that affect the compliance analysis require a new registration. We handle the re-registration process and will walk you through any steps or fees involved. The sooner you notify us of a change, the easier and faster it is to update your report.
