Step 1 — Document Review

Step 2 — Energy Modeling
Your project is modeled using CEC-approved compliance software. We input your building envelope specs, HVAC system, water heating, and lighting to generate a full energy model.
Step 3 — Compliance Check
We verify your project meets Title 24 requirements under the current 2025 code cycle. If your project does not pass as-designed, we identify the most practical path to compliance and discuss your options before proceeding.
Step 4 — Registry Registration
Your completed report is registered with an approved California compliance registry, which is required by building departments statewide before they will accept your Title 24 documents.
Step 5 — Delivery
You receive your stamped, registered CF1R or LMCC report as a PDF via email — permit-ready and formatted for submission to your building department. Most reports are completed within 2–3 business days. Rush and same-day options are available for urgent deadlines.
