Refund Policy

Title 24 compliance reports are custom professional services prepared specifically for each project after submission. Because work begins immediately once an order is placed, purchases are generally non-refundable.

Upgrade credit: If a customer upgrades to a different report type, larger project scope, or expedited turnaround service, the original payment may be applied as a credit toward the upgraded service.

If you believe your order was submitted in error, please contact us immediately at support@title24comply.com before processing begins.

Once report preparation has started, refunds are not available.

How to request a change or credit

Email support@title24comply.com with your order ID (the T24-XXXX-XXXXX code from your receipt) and a short note about what you'd like to change. We'll reply within one business day.
