How submission works in Ontario
Title 24 itself is a statewide California code, but the permit is issued locally. For projects inside Ontario’s city limits, plans and the energy report are submitted to the Ontario building/permit division. Projects in unincorporated areas near Ontario are typically handled by San Bernardino County.
