Title 24 pricing for San Diego projects
- ADU report — from $199 (up to 1,000 sq ft)
- Residential report — from $245 (up to 3,500 sq ft)
- Multifamily report — from $345 (up to 4,000 sq ft, 4 units)
Pricing is flat-rate and transparent. The only variables are square footage above the base tier and any rush option you select — the same rates apply whether your project is in San Diego, elsewhere in San Diego County, or anywhere in California.
Turnaround & rush options
Standard turnaround is 2–3 business days. Rush (next business day) is +$49 for ADU, +$99 for residential, and +$149 for multifamily. Super Rush (same day, typically completed within a few hours) is +$150, subject to availability.
Why cost doesn’t change by city
